We keep this simple: we collect what you send us, use it only to reply, and measure site usage with analytics only if you say yes.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form:

• Your name and email address
• Your company (optional)
• The kinds of help you are interested in and a budget range (optional)
• Your message

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a call. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, with Google Consent Mode. Analytics is off by default: no analytics cookies are set until you choose “Accept analytics” in the banner. If you decline, we set no analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

If you accept, Google Analytics collects:

• Pages you view and how you move between them
• Device and browser information
• Approximate location (city or region level)
• The site or search that referred you

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses the IP address only to derive approximate location and then discards it. Data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing this site’s storage in your browser. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through a Google Calendar appointment schedule. The booking page loads only when you click “Pick a time” (or open it in Google Calendar); until then nothing from Google is loaded for it. When you book, Google handles the details you enter (such as your name, email and chosen time) under the Google Privacy Policy, and we receive them as the calendar invitation.

Keeping and deleting your data

Inquiries are delivered by email (through our email provider, Resend) to our inbox. We do not store them in a database, and we keep the emails only as long as needed to respond and to follow up on any work that results. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email nehal@excenityai.com and we will act on it promptly.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
