Accessibility statement.
Last reviewed: 31 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion.
Our commitment
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check new pages and changes against that target, and we fix problems we find. We do not claim formal certification or an independent audit.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and a “Skip to content” link is the first thing you reach by pressing Tab.
- Focus is always visible, and sticky elements are kept from covering the control you are on.
- Animations follow your system’s reduced-motion setting, and a “Pause animations” button in the header stops them on any page. We remember your choice in your browser.
- Light and dark themes, with text and control colours checked for contrast.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text and linked to the field they belong to.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; purely decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
- Pages reflow down to a 320 pixel wide screen without side-scrolling, apart from code samples and data tables, which scroll inside their own keyboard-focusable box.
How we tested
We ran automated checks with axe-core and tested by hand with a keyboard on 31 October 2026. Automated tools find only part of the possible problems, so some issues may remain.
Known limitations
- The booking calendar on the contact page is an embedded Google Calendar page. It is a third-party service we do not control, so we cannot change how accessible it is. The “Open in Google Calendar” link next to it opens the same booking page on its own, or you can email us instead.
- The animated illustrations on service pages are decorative. They are hidden from screen readers and carry no information that is not also in the text.
