We can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We work inside your Zoho account and don't copy customer data out of it unless a fix needs it and you agree.

Before merging duplicates or bulk-editing records, we export a backup so a change can be undone.
Access you control
We use a separate user you create, and you remove it when the support month ends.

What does it cost?
$400 in total, fixed. The consultation call is free. If you go ahead, you pay upfront once we confirm the scope. Prices are in US dollars; we can quote in euros on request.
What if my CRM needs more than 5 hours of fixes?
We fix the most important issues first, within the 5 hours. Everything else stays in your fix plan with an estimate, so you can do it yourself, give it to your team, or ask us to quote it.
What does the 1 month of support cover?
For 30 days after handover we answer your questions within 1 business day and make up to 2 hours of small tweaks to anything we changed. New features or projects are quoted separately.
Does it work for Zoho One?
Yes. We review Zoho CRM and how it connects to the other Zoho One apps you use, such as Books, Desk, Campaigns and Forms. Fixes inside those apps count toward the 5 hours.
What access do you need?
A user with administrator rights in your Zoho CRM, which you create and can remove at any time. For the free call we only need a screen share.
Will you merge or delete records?
Only with your approval, and only after exporting a backup. We show you which duplicates we plan to merge before we do it.
Are you a Zoho partner?
